I am usually supercritical of training information. However, I have found all of your information incredibly "dynamic" and very insightful. So, from a guy who was very skeptical at first but figured it could not hurt to sign up for your emails, I have been changed into a huge fan and am anxious and excited for the remaining lessions! Particularly, I have already integrated your lesson on why perm fees can never be overpriced into my vocabularly and closing techniques and shared it with my team. I thought that was quite brilliant. Secondly, I loved the last lesson on taking our business out of the commodity market. I have been recently frustrated feeling like we were slipping into the commodities game and strategizing about how to get out of it. Your lesson nicely summarized and materialized how to remain specialized besides just paying lip service to it and keeping it in the slogan. I found that to be very helpful and have shared it with my team as well. Thank you for putting this together for us to take advantage of.

I've had the privilege of knowing Neil since 1999 when I started at Ajilon. He's a true leader who possesses the knowledge, passion, and drive needed to take a company to the next level. He's a great public speaker who has the ability to motivate employees to give it 110%, thus making them over achieve. Neil is a true leader that can make a positive impact with everyone in the company. I've been to many trainings he ran and there was nothing but positive energy in the room. He has the personality and business know how to motivate employees and bring out the best in them. He has the ability to motivate employees so they perform at levels even they didn't believe they could perform at.
Carpe diem!!!

Let me start by saying that Neil is one of the most dynamic and energetic speakers I have ever heard. I came to the staffing industry with only one year of experience under my belt when Neil hired me 16 years ago. Within a short period of time after being hired I was fortunate enough to have been thrown into weekly training sessions that were held at my branch led by Neil. These meetings gave me the invaluable tools I needed to be a successful as a recruiter. At these weekly training sessions Neil spoke about various topics including things like fee negotiations, lead gathering, debriefing techniques, keys to closing deals, and more. He encouraged and insisted on a ton of involvement and participation from the group. He worked with us on “real time" issues and objections we were dealing with on a day to day basis and the results we produced as a team when we heeded his advice were astounding. . Neil's training offered me and many others the ability to get to know Neil on a personal level too. I felt comfortable over the years, regardless of where Neil was in his career, or in the world he was physically located to be able call or email him directly with a specific scenario that was troubling me. Within minutes, I knew I could expect a response back with an answer or a strategy to help me solve my problem. Over the years Neil's role expanded with our firm and so did his training responsibilities first regionally, then nationally and internationally. That said, although I no longer saw Neil on a weekly basis as before I still got to hear him and see him at National meetings and conferences. Still, the topics Neil chose to speak about were always relevant to the trials and tribulations that we the recruiters in the field were experiencing at the time. Neil's ability to present the material is really unlike any other trainer in the industry. Not only is Neil is so dynamic and passionate but has an amazing sense of humor and he absolutely utilizes it when presenting. I have heard Neil present on many many occasions and I assure you, you will not only learn a ton but you will be very entertained in the process. I attribute a huge part of my success as a recruiter to what I have learned from Neil. He is someone I consider to be both my mentor and dear friend.

Neil is without hesitation, the most dynamic and knowledgeable trainer/motivational speaker that I have seen in my professional career. His knowledge, business intelligence, and his exceptional communication skills are really unparallel. Not only is he extremely successful in every role he has taken on, he is also able to teach, coach and effectively communicate the keys for success, regardless of your position. When I attended my first training with Neil, I was skeptical. I didn’t want to listen to another so called “staffing industry expert” who had no understanding of business development and what it took to be successful in that role on a daily basis. I didn’t want more fluff or impractical theory: I wanted progressive ideas and the right sales tools/strategies to be successful. I was astounded at his level of intelligence, communication skills and enthusiasm for the staffing business. He understand each role so well. My peers and I came away from that first training and subsequent others with enthusiasm, team synergy and the right sales tools to get the results. Over the course of the next few years, I learned so much from Neil and was able to immediately implement sales strategies that I learned and and as a result, was a consistent top producer for the company. When I moved and transferred into a new business territory with no existing client base, I was daunted by the fact of having to start over. I questioned if could I replicate my prior success and build a new client base in a short amount of time. Right around that time, I went to another one of Neil’s trainings on target account penetration and came back focused, excited and with some new sales strategies I could immediately implement. As a result of that training and within 2 weeks, I was able to break into a new client that I had been targeting and who was entrenched with a major competitor. The company became one of my largest clients and did over $200,000 of business with us within several months of that training . This was all a direct result of what I learned from Neil and I will never forget it. Even today in a new role, my team and I still apply what I learned from Neil and it is still relevant and it works! No matter what role you are currently in or size of the size of your company, I would highly recommend Neil as a great resource for your business. I guarantee you will see the positive results you are looking for to take your business to the next level!

I was hired by Neil in 1998 to join the staffing industry and can credit much of my success to his efforts. Neil is an expert on training and motivating people, most important, his approach is easily translated to a sales process that is easy to follow. Many trainers are full of good ideas and are good speakers, Neil takes it to the next level by showing teams the way to win as part of their daily routine. Add to that that he is by far the best public speaker I have ever met and and you have a resource that can add value to any business.

Kind words may help you formulate an opinion, but results speak for themselves. When I joined AOC, I knew very little about the industry and had a great deal to learn. Under his leadership I was International Rookie of the Year, and followed the next two years as top ten President's Club for both leadership and individual contribution worldwide. Eight years later many lessons learned are still applied with great success. I would recommend Neil any business looking for a edge on the competition.
